I buy a roll and take it to the local Witch Doctor and he does his magic. Of course I give him 10% of my cooking in payment. And using many colorful words as I mess with it works okay for me. That stuff is evil.
Fish, that is a beauuuutiful part of Texas. Great shot, great porch. Life is good in that part of Texas. Grill is a bit tiny for Texas though.
On the side, I did my first ABTs with cream cheese/cheddar. Didn't like the cheese mix. Gonna use Jap-Jack cheese next time. I think Gouda would be good too, just costs more. I'm looking for a creamy smooth cheese.

Yes, plastic wrap can be a real pain. If you use the big food service rolls it's a bit easier. That way when 25% of the width sticks to itself, you still have a chance to wrap whatever it is you're trying to wrap.
Big ziploc bags are sounding better all the time.
