Flank steaks

I'm looking for advice on flank steaks. I've done the roll up thing before and would like to try something different. Has anyone scored them with a knife and then grilled? I know fajitas is always an option but I'm looking for something different.

Nothing really different here. The past month or so, grilled 3 of them. Italian Dressing marinaded overnight. Weber Gourmet Burger on one (heavy) and Tatonka Dust last night. All were great and all a little different.

I think flank steaks are one of my favorite I use my own spice mix its. Salt cbp white pepper cayenne pepper onion and garlic with a little white sugar in it

Mmmmmmm Flank Steak and Tatonka Dust! What an awesome combination! Definitely one of my favorite pairings with beef is TD!
