First run with the Stufz Burger Press

Finally got mine in the mail and decided to give it a go
1/2 # burger
2 chopped jalopenos
1/2 chopped and grilled onion
1/4 cup of our smoked cheddar
1 strip of our pepper bacon
2 strips of the same bacon for the top
Home grown maters
Lettuce
Home made Sourdough Cheese Onion rolls
Chipotle mayo
Smoked for an hour then finished on the grill















And Mrs Scar knocked it out of the park with the home fries
