Marinaded some chicken breasts in MH poultry brine and sliced into about one inch strips. Also took about a half pound of jumbo shrimp and took of the shells. Melted some butter and mixed with EVOO, added some romano to some lemon pepper panco crumbs, skewered them all up and dusted with some MH. Over the coals directly with a bit of pecan. Served with several ears of sweet corn and some cold beer. A nice change of pace Friday night dinner.
