Deerburgers in the Spring
Too nice out to ignore my Weber “Q”.
Time for some more Deerburgers. I Love These Things!!
As I’ve said before, my Deerburgers are the best mix we’ve found over nearly 50 years of experimenting. Mrs Bear loves them too.
They are 50% Venison, 25% Beef, and 25% Pork. Then we mix about 4 TBS of Worcestershire per pound.
Everything else is explained in the captions above each picture (Below).
