    Looks excellent!

    Got a question "so I hung it in the MES and set the temp at 40*", I didn't think an MES could be set lower than 100°?

    Ya can't beat home brew bacon!!!

        I didn't know if I could or not but I set there and it worked. I guess you can.... at least with mine.

          The one belly was about 10 lbs. I didn't check the weight after it was cured. Each slab was about 5.
