I actually think the fat on beef jerky is the best bit. And If it's vacumn packed it doesn't go off.
The vitamin c will remove free radicals, so will help and that's why it's always used in commercial cured products :-) It also speeds up the curing process a little.Made In England - Fine Tuned By The USAJust call me 'One Grind'
