I did some Tuna exactly like I do my Smoked Salmon, and it was hard to tell which was Tuna & which was Salmon.

No answers from me, the only time I tried it, it turned out horrible. Dried and leathery and not much taste other than smoke.
I'm following along though as I'd like to try it again someday.Mike
