I didn't have enough aluminum sheet left to skin it and haven't had time to scrounge the scrap yard :).
It's really working well and finally getting the hang of how much wood to add in the coals. A good "set it and forget it" mod. Takes about an hour to get everything to temp, put in the meat and come back 3hrs later :) The electric chamber heater and the gravity feed charcoal chute are a perfect match, makes one heck of a hybrid smoker :).
Got some rusted out rocker panels on our old Stratus and it's inspection sticker time, No rust through is allowed on cars in NH.
