      So somewhere between 6 and 7 should work, I thought about a drum but it might sit a fair bit higher

                            Pics from my first cook with my EZQue. I have done alot with it since but haven't taken the pics. I have to start taking the "evidence" pics again & posting them. These birds were as good as any that I have done, even at 375*
