  • Sunday BBQ in Germany

Today some friends and their children came to the BBQ.
there were Black Angus Steak for the big ones and PP burger for the little ones. Today I tried my first sous vide steaks.Steaks came with a little butter, for two hours at 50 ° C celsius, in a water bath, and then on the hot grill for about 2 minutes. ( one minute each site )

    After 2h..........

This was the steak part ............
    Noe the pulled pork :)

For the job i used a Weber OTP 57 and my UDS

My pork neck after a night in the fridge

The pork smoked over night and this is how it looked at the next mornin

    Home made buns with pp.........

Please do not take any pics of me

    please don´t

I'm sorry, but that boiled beef just looks lame. I have absolutely no interest in trying that technique. I'll continue grillin' from the git. Just my opinion. The PP looks great though.
