In between jobs. Walked out of the old one over the weekend and waiting for the new one to start. Thought I would put to good use some of the spare time between now and then. Used Rich's seasoning on the ribs and followed Bear Carvers direction on the roast.
For all the meat I've been eating, I'm surprised my gout hasn't showed up since I got the smoker. Not kidding, when I'm eating high on the hog like this I've always had it flare up.
