      10 friggin hours for chucks is ridiculous...Would be no problem if they turned out OK...Need to quit buying sale meat a Dillons I guess...

      But the brined roast was moister and tastier than the marinated one...So the test was a success even if the roast wasn't...And nobody went to bed hungry...

          Soo... for clarification..you basically used the same seasonings that were in the marinade? And the Nekkid as the liquid?

              I actually mixed up a batch of marinade for both roasts...On the second one I added a pint of nekkid to the blender...Sooo with that in mind the liquid in the marinade probably diluted the brine by just a bit...Not to worry...It worked out good...

              Hopefully when I quit working 60+ hours a week I can get a bit more creative with the whole nekkid concept...Possibilities are endless...
