  • Brisket (Lazy Cookshack Style) With Seboke's Regular Rub

    Was gonna take the day off & tend the WSM with a brisket, but had a job call in I could not pass up, so dialed up the new Cookshack for the task..... Used Seboke's regular rub (which he also makes in hot ) on a trimmed 13 pounder....... Running @ 250* with Pecan

              I was (AM) Jonesing also ..... Freezer stash ran out last week..... I might have to fire up a Weber & high heat that sumbitch to the finish line so I can eat 1/2 of it before going to bed ... I think me sweatshirt smelling like Hickory aint helpin much either
