                      Well she's finally done! Pulled it just over 200 and put it to bed wraped in a blanket, ill deal with it tomorrow, what's the best way to reheat it if I want to? Low heat in the oven?

                              If ya don't like it sliced, it should "pull" or "shred" after being cooked to 200* I'm guessing? I like to reheat covered low, like you mentioned, perhaps a bit of liquid too.... Great Job

                                Cheers! Just had some for breakfast, had it wrapped in a blanket over night so was still just warm. Super moist and jucy might do one for Xmas lunch with the outlaws
