            I really don't think a prime rib could look any better than that. You just keep getting better Bear!
            Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
            My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

              Looks awesome as usual Bear. Now where the heck do you keep finding the Thich Worcestershire sauce? I've looked at every grocery store and even Walmart around here and no one seems to carry it any more. I though they just quit making it.????

                I use HR on some of the leftovers, but Mrs Bear doesn't like HR.
                So far:
                First night Prime Rib for each of us.
                Next Morning Eggs & Prime Rib for Breakfast.
                2nd Night Prime Rib Sammy with Horse Radish.
                2nd Morning (2 hours ago) Eggs & Prime Rib.

                Guess what I'll be having tonight !!!

                    You're right---Not much drippage, but enough to stick to my grill rack. This way the only thing Mrs Bear has to clean off the rack is smoke. Plus with setting it on the wire cooling rack, the bottom of the roast gets some smoke too.
