  • Zeek's early morning Brisket

    Well here we go, I'm do'in my first Brisket on Fatman ( 7lbs of brisket glory) with Oak and Cherry. Going outside and fire that bad boy up in a bit. Going with Stubbs mop and Stubbs BBQ sauce and using TH's Bold Beef Rub. (I guess I'm going Texas on this brisky) lol.This is going to be a ton of fun, no pressure just a fun smoke and learn as I go. Some starter pics are in order. here you go...

        That Blue still got the top on er what? Nice hunk of brisket- looks like a beauty slicer ya got.

        FYI- be tapping a keg of Labatt in T-5 hours :{)

          18" old smokey charcoal grill/smoker
          cast iron Hibachi
          22" Kettle w/ "Smoke-EZ" styled riser extension
          & rotisserator
          12x7 wells cargo vending trailer(mods in progress)
          stuffer,slicer & more carp than i can fit in it...
          Marshall amps & various awesome guitars,drums,P.A.,etc.recording studio.....

            I'm just getting ready to mix and pour cement at daughter#2's. I'd much prefer to drive over to crack a keg and help tend Fatman. Looks great, have a terrific day.

                    The big hunk-O-Beef went on at 6:30AM est. Running at about 260-265. Time to crack my first beer. YeeHaww...
