Made a batch of this sauce and used it on a spatchcocked chicken on the grill today. All I can say is WOW! It even got the Wardens approval and she really doesn't care for BBQ sauce much.

Had a supervisors meeting today at work and I supplied the pulled pork and sauce. It was a huge hit. Did 2 shoulders and there wasn't a bit left over. Once I told them the sauce was home made they all asked if I was going to bottle it and sell it at the next meeting.

I would love to have it bottled and market it. It is just such an involved process. I have done several versions of it ( original, coffee, root beer and habanero), all have gotten good reviews from family and friends.
