  • Pizza on the mini egg..

    This is a first.

    Bought some fresh mozz.


    Shredded.


    Fired up the mini.


    Homemade pizza sauce, browned homemade Texas hot sausage, and jarred banana peppers.


    Mushy and black olives.

                  Nice job Sam, pies look great.
                  Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                  My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                      You know I used to be one of those folks that though..kraut on a pizza.. that has to be awful!! Then one day my buddy brought a pizza over.. kraut, ham cheese, thin crust.. wow it rocked! So do give it a try some time folks!!

                          Never heard of kraut on pizza, but I do love kraut. Hmmmmm..
