  • Stuffed venison backstrap

    Hey guys, took a whole back strap and butterflied it open. Put about 3/4 of a block of cream cheese in it and some chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Wrapped in bacon and put on grill with vortex, about 35 mins and brushed with SBR. So good.
