Chicken Cheesesteaks (Open Face)
Couldn’t wait to turn some leftovers into Chicken Cheesesteaks. Can’t buy them like this at the Deli or Steak Shop.
Cut a bunch of Dark Meat off some Drums & Thighs.
Then stir some BBQ sauce into it & Nuke it until good & Hot.
A little sauce on the Rolls.
Dump a lot of meat on the Half-rolls, and add some Smoked Gruyere’s on top.
Nuke it until the Cheese melts a bit.
Gotta eat it with a Fork—Only way!

Started with leftovers from these Thighs & Drums:
Cutting the Meat off of the bones:
Put enough Meat in a bowl, add a little BBQ sauce, and Nuke it until nice & hot:
A little sauce on 3 “Half” rolls:
Pile That Meat on!!!
Add some Smoked Gruyere’s on top:
Melt that cheese a bit:
Have At It !!
