    Amazing what you find hiding at the back of the fridgedeezer...
    That Fishdude has cooked up some mighty tasty looking poultry after marinating in Italian dressing so I figgered it was a good idea for something down the road. I mixed up a packet of Italian dressing mix, placed it in a vacuum seal bag along with some chicky legs, vacuumed it up & into the fridgedeezer it went... 10 months later I find it at the back of the fridgedeezer...

    Fired up the SToK & threw the cluck on indirect...

    And on the plate with a nice baked tater...


    Scotty is on to something here... Although I tried this somewhat later than I had planned, I be likin' it...
    I'll be doing this again, I just won't wait as long next time...

                    Looks great Ice!
                    Lotta folks use the Italian for a marinade, works excellent on chicken, and been aroond a long Thyme. Although, personally I prefer the 12-15 month freezer marinade

                      If ya gots some wild duck or goose, cold soak couple days in Italian dressing makes fer good eatin!

                        I have never had Duck or Goose to prep/cook myself, butt I would guess that would be some good eatin also

                        I have marinaded beef in it also, and its also great. Don't think I have ever done pork, but would prolly be good on that also
