  • Pulled Brisket Chili

I did a test drive with Smitty's 6-15 with a new chili recipe.. I had alot of brisket meat left over from a prior smoke.. Hhhmmm....Smitty's Smoked Brisket Chili..?? Works for me...

    Cold Pulled Brisket..

    2cups Chopped........

My grinder crapped the bed.... So use the next best thing.. 4 Ancho peppers with 1 1/2 Tsp of 6-15.. OOohh Baby

4 cups water, chopped onion, cumin, any other peppers if you wish. and seared brisket... slow simmer to reduce.. Then add a flour slurry... to thicken..

    The wife's plate...Er .. bowl..

Mine....This big boy needs Carbs... SPAG Chili...

The only thing missing was Jalapeno/Garlic bread...:icon_eek:

The heat was good. Not to hot. Chile over spag is called Cincinnati Style Chile Spaghetti

Yup, the spag would be the one for me. Love the pasta. Never thought about adding chili to it, let alone chili with smoked meat. Sounds delicious.
