  • Strip Steak w/Thai Sweet Chili Noodles

This is one of our favorite quick, easy, and tasty dinners.

Strip steak that was seasoned with sea salt, Chinese 5-spice, pepper blend, ginger, orange peel, granulated garlic, and granulated onion
Then wrapped and put in the fridge til it was time to go on the grill

Keg on the way to 650° using RO lump and orange wood

    Noodles cookin'

    Steak starting to sizzle

    Almost done

Steak rested, then sliced, and served on a bed of Thai Sweet Chili noodles

    Little closer look

    Thanks for lookin'

Nicely done and great presentation. Love that kind of food. So easy to make but seems so gourmet.

                  Thanks everyone and for the

The orange wood is a very mild citrusy type smoke.
Lemon, orange, or grapefruit wood produce a very mild smoke. It's very hard to tell them apart.
