  • Mold, fungus, mildew remover and well some wings

So a while back in the late spring I read about this product called Wet and Forget. They claimed to remove mold, moss and mildew from your roof... without having to do anything other than spray it on.... I have a patch that gets mossy due to the lack of sun hitting it,so I said I will give it a try. I also read that it woks great on stone for removing dirt mold, mildew and fungus... so I said lets try it...It said it could take up to 6 month for some surfaces.... So I picked up a gallon of concentrate... about 30 bucks... kinda expensive for what would make 2.5 gallons of product.. but it if does the job so I do not have to clime on the roof then it is well worth it....

So here are a few pictures of the patio limestone caps that were installed about 10 years ago... these are in the shade most of the day.. thus the perfect environment for growing stuff....

So here is a pic at the start of June... I have 4 of these and this was the worse of them all...this thing is disgusting....

Fast forward to yesterday.. about 6 months later...

I am very happy.. there is still a bit of stuff on there but looks so much better.. I will hit again this spring and we should be good to go...I did some test spots on my concrete and I will be doing the drive as well... it did great on them... figure a few of you might benefit from it as well!!!

And to keep with the site... a few wings from last night!!

is the mould remover pet friendly ?

Our drive really needs something like that, but it needs to be dog friendly.

I have a dog and no issues... I did not spray him down to test.. or let him lick it while wet... but once dry, he is where I sprayed it all the time... no issues.. it is supposed to be pretty safe and does not break down shingles on the roof like bleach will do...

Great looking wings!....Wet it and Forget it is a great product. I have been using it for several years, mainly on my vinyl siding on North side of garages and it works to keep the green stuff from growing....The wife came home with a couple gallons she picked up at Costco for about the same price as a gallon from the local farm store.

The spousal unit picked up a two gallon Costco gig...I wasn't real scientific about mixing it up...I had the pressure washer out, so I inserted the injector fitting and sprayed some around the north patio and hot tub area that always gets a green tinge on the concrete. Yeah buddy...worked like a champ...took that junk out!
