  • Steak Cook off Association??

Has anybody heard of this or is is anybody associated with it? I just learned about it today while watching a video from Malcom Reed. He was doing rib eyes "the way he does them" for one of these cook offs. After checking their website, they appear to be based out of Bedford, Texas. they seem to have events in 13 states and are working on expanding that to @20 by the end of this year.

    Just curious

so does everybody cook the same type of steak ?

I guess kinda cuts down normal bbq competition time from 18 hours to about 4 minutes :-)
