Hi everyone! New guy here, we’ll I joined a little bit ago but never introduced myself. I’m John from Ohio and the I’ve been smoking a little bit for a couple of years now. I mainly do shorter smokes such as ribs, chicken, burgers, fatties etc. My equipment is a 22.5” Weber Kettle and WSM. I look forward in continuing to learn more from everyone here.
