You can order them from places like Cabela's, a bit pricey though. Sam's club & Costco have them as well.

OK - I'm super impressed with both the smoker, the Turduckhen and your attention to the 4 hour danger zone.
Just keep in mind, that the slaughter time, transport time, prepping time, and all must fit into that 4 hours...so by the time you get it in your hands...so it's always good to aim less than 4 hours because you never know how long the people before you took.
and INSTANTLY when I saw of that smoker, it reminded me of this clip from the movie Half-Baked:
