Thanks Ken....found one for the Asian Zing from BWW...

      2 teaspoons cornstarch
      4 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
      1/2 cup corn syrup
      1/3 cup sugar
      1/4 cup chili-garlic sauce
      1 tablespoon soy sauce
      1 teaspoon lemon juice
      1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
      1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced (I use garlic powder)
      Change Measurements: US | Metric

      Directions:Prep Time: 10 mins
      Total Time: 30 mins
1 Dissolve corn starch in rice wine vinegar in a small bowl and set aside. 2 In a small sauce pan combine remaining ingredients. 3 Add corn starch and rice wine vinegar mixture and stir well. 4 Heat mixture on low/medium heat, stirring often until sauce reaches a boil and thickens. 5 Remove from heat, allow it to cool then cover it and chill it until ready to use.

Am currently trying out a paste of MH, Smitty's and Franks... have wings marinating in it in the fridge. Gonna simmer the marinade after wings are out, and add some honey and a splash of white wine and vinegar for a mop. Will report.

This is a little different; French Dressing Chipolte
Just a little football snack. I had some boneless chicken thigh left over from a stir fry the night before. So I sliced them into chunks and marinated them in white wine and garlic juice.

Then I made a sauce with Wishbone Creamy French Dressing, Louisiana Hot Sauce, garlic juice, 1 Chipolte in Adobo sauce, 1 home smoked Chipolte (grated frozen) and Worcestershire Sauce. Oh yea, a little salt and FGBP too.
Then a breading of mostly flour with a little cornmeal and Panco, salt and pepper.

I have used the sauce on smoked wings and thighs before.

Hey it would really be cool if we could have a sticky or a place just for all the wing sauces to go without being able to comment on them so not to make it be 100 pages to read though. ya? so you can just go and find them all in one spot
