So far, so good Mikey The rest of the bag should be thawed out by this afternoon to really tell.

Yeah, that photo IS kinda blurry, Rich was over & I asked him to take the finished pic Grilled-smoked thighs are pretty tasty & the price was really good. 40 lb boxes do take up some room though, so make sure you got the space

Nice! My Krogers sells boneless thighs sometimes, fresh, not frozen. I pick them up every now and then for grilling.

My wife make the BEST "boneless wings" out of them, she just slices them length wise, in two or three depending on the size, and does them up just like chicken wings!! Breaded, deep fryed and sauced... they are AWESOME!!
And at a 1.29.lb that is a good deal (as per canadian prices anyway) When I worked at the processing plant, that was all we used to make chicken products, IE chicken weiners, balogna, loaf ETC

The sauce is Sweet Baby Rays, thinned oot with cider vinegar. Adds a tang & cuts through some of the sweetness. The Jalapeno salt is a homemade concoction

Gona give these a go on the new kettle tomorrow. Local food store has the boneless skinless leg and thigh meat on sale for $1.29 lb, so I picked up a 4 # package to give it a try.
