Sounds perfect to me!
I did some crispy pork belly last night and put 2 desert spoons of chilli on the skin and the chicken stock had 5 habaneros in it, table spoon of chili flakes and I added fresh birds eyes and Chinese chilli ean oil to mine when I served it.
My bungholes had a work out on the round seat today but I'm just addicted to chillisigpic
