Doesn't look to me like you need to change anything Craiger

Kingsford is all I can afford, plus I like it

A lot of different ways of cooking, and cookers on here. That's part of what makes this site so good/different IMO

I think it would be easier to buy the gold weber new than to drive to Washington...

Not directed at you, Craig. Just a response to the post that I quoted.

And maybe he did not mean it that way either. I just thought the phrase "hyped products" was a bit odd is all.

At any rate . . . great looking wings.

Huh?? I never said anything like that. I was complamenting Smoke Freek on fixing an outstanding meal with what he had on hand instead of using brand name products.

                        That's cool.

But what you said was . . .

                        hype
                        verb
                        1. promote or publicize (a product or idea) intensively, often exaggerating its importance or benefits.

I know we post a lot about Mad Hunky seasonings, Tatonka Dust, and the Vortex but that's out of support for fellow members. Not an implication that someone can't turn out a good meal without them.

Given your choice of words, I may have misinterpreted your post incorrectly. If so, I apologize. Maybe I was just feeling cranky last night.

                              It's been known to happen.

I have also been known to, on occasion, read too much into things, blow things out of proportion, , , and/or be a general .
