    WOW. Those look fantastic. If you are still coming to Omaha in a few weeks you might have to bring some of those!!

    My wife said the same thing about the amount of zest after we fried a taste test sample right after mixing. But she thought they mellowed by the next day when we grilled them. I liked the strong citrus flavor but that is just my taste buds I guess.

                        Thanks guys for the nice comments.
                        I can't get enough of this sriracha orange marmalade concoction. It's quite good, grills and smokes well and looks amazing. No kidding. You could dunk a tire in this stuff and it'd taste good.
                        I did forget to mention, I smoked these in oak for a base and hickory.
