I had a GREAT one, but lost the recipe, and for the life of me, can't find it again on the net.

            1lb hamburger
            Taco Seasoning
            1/2 can refried beans
            1/2 jar Monterey Jack Queso

Brown hamburger & drain. Add taco seasoning, beans, & queso. Simmer until warm.

Spread warm tortilla chips out on a turkey platter. Spoon hamburger mix in middle and throughout the nachos. Add warm nacho cheese sauce.

Top with whatever you like. I prefer shredded lettuce and fresh made pico de gallo.

Well thats where I got the recipe from, it was her show. Maybe I got up to take a leak if she said she got the recipe from someone else.
I went to the foodnetwork site and printed it up, it's cheaper that way. Had this for a couple years now.
