Bone-in loin roast harvest
Picked up a whole loin roast today.. about 12 pounds. $25 :{)
Got 8 prime chops outta it, a nice li'l tenderloin, a boneless loin roast and a pound er so of sausage fodder... good deal!
Brining chops for later vac-packing and freezing, loin and T-loin already in freezer along with the scraps.
