  • Howdy From Southern Maryland

I've been cooking outdoors over wood fires all my life and have always loved good smoked BBQ. I use a Weber bullet and a Traeger Texas 075 (USA made, not China). I also have a Weber Genesis I use with the Traeger for grilling.

I just ordered some BBQers Delight pellets. What are you pellet heads out there using and how do you like them? I had been using Traeger pellets, but they just don't impart the smoke flavor that my Weber bullet does, so I'm hoping the 100% BBQers Delight Hickory Gits R Done.

Welcome from Dayton!! Now Go smoke some meat!!

You will like the BBQ delight much better than the treager pellets. if you can fine 100% Hickory you will like those much better and will be significantly happier with the smoke flavor!!

I love Texas barbecue and if you are truly holding your own on that ground, I am pretty sure that you are always coming up with great cooks time and again. I love the spicy kick Texan sauces always give though I am not sure if I will be able to hold my own when it comes to that.

But nevertheless, the usual craving can always be stuffed with a good Texan sauce recipe.
