  • Whaz up from Delaware

I have been checking out this site for a few weeks just soaking in all the knowledge. I am new to "Low and Slow" smoking. I have been grilling for about 25 years but have never had the patience to try Smoking meats, until I turned 40 .

Anyway I look forward to sharing and learning from all of you. I am currently using a Char-Griller Outlaw w-SFB and a 30" Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse.
I originally started with the electric smoke house and have recently added the Char-Griller.

I am still learning how to maintain temp in the Char-Griller since I am used to the electric smokehouse it requires less attending.

Bigpoppa, glad you found us. Sounds like you have a pretty good arsenal there for turning out some great smokes. I too, not that you mentioned it, didn't have the patience for things like this until I too turned 40
