  • Two Bears in the house

Just found your forum. Lots of great info here.
Ill be around trying to learn more about the craft and pick up tips for building my trailer smoker with reverse flow.
This is my first summer smoking and I kind of fell into it because my work asked if anyone wanted to do a BBQ contest because they got a free team entry because they donated and sponsored the BIB contest in Albert Lea so I volunteered the duty and practiced all summer and now I am hooked.... Is there a addiction support center for this habbit that I picked up?

If you mean something like BBQ anonymous... NO!! We don't want help breaking this habit! If you're looking for a group of BBQ cult followers, you've come to the right place. This ain't just an addiction, it's an obsession!

        Welcome!
