    Hey all ,

just joined today , I've been 'Grilling ' for 20+ years. I have only been smoking sense i got an E.C.B. for Christmas a few years back. Now I'm hooked. I was just recently given a NB 'Bandera' and did my 1st smoke on her today. after a lil tweaking I had it running blue smoke @240 for about 6 hours.

I recently went to my first Q competition in Chehalis,WA and found out that there is SO much more i need to learn. so i have signed up here and on several other sites to glean some knowledge from some more experienced Smokers and BBQ'ers

    Cody.
