  • a firefighter that loves smoke....

    A blessed day....I am a firefighter and a preacher ...I am from the Philippines..i am a new smoker...i just learned how to brine meat and after my first experiment... my barbecue life was never the same again...i am now interested on learning everything about smoking... God is so good that He has allowed me to discover this barbecue site...I am hoping that you guys can help me learn new things that i need about smoking meat...forgive me if I cannot yet impart some knowledge regarding barbecues...God bless us all....
