  • Hello From VA

Not sure if my first post went through because I haven't seen it the last 30-40 min. I'm from Chesterfield, VA. I've been using charcoal smokers for about 2 years. I've been using a Brinkman charcoal smoker. It's worked but isn't the best. But I just received a WSM for Christmas this year and used it for real for the first time today. I've smoked butts, chickens, briskets, and my favorite, turkeys.

    Thanks!

    Dustin

You'll love the WSM, pretty much set it and forget it.
