  • New to Group

Hello Everyone, my name is Cliff and I am new to this group. I live around Dallas and usually smoke on a Bandera with some mods. I have had this smoker for about 10 years. Sometimes I use a Gassmoker in the firebox when I want to do Lazy-Q. Smoke some brisket, ribs mostly pork, chicken, pork loin.

I am looking into making a larger insulated smoker, probably out of some type of used restraunt equipment, maybe from a non-working holding cabinet. I am looking to smoke sausage, possibly some cold smoking later on.

Welcome Cliff, glad you could join us. I think you will find the answers to anything involving the art of meat smoking and sausage making, not to mention all kinds of smoker builds, insulated and non insulated. Remember, never be afraid to ask questions, we love helping people out. Welcome again, and look forward to seeing your input to the forum.
