Howdy all, new to your forum and love to cook meat. I am a proud pellet cooker. We cook alot of KCBS cooking and a few IBCA contest. I own and operate a small meat processing plant. I have been in the meat buisness for over 28 years. I am married with 3 kids and 5 grandkids. So yes I'm broke every December.
