  • Snow Steak Fajitas

So my youngest had his 12th birthday this past weekend, and he requested steak fajitas. No problem till it would not stop snowing....

So got some flank and put into a bath of beer, worshy, fresh lime juice, and reo fajita seasoning. Let rest for 24 hours.

Put onto the kettle reverse vortex. Check out all that snow.

Did some onions while the steak cooked

    Pulled off and let rest.

    Then sliced up.

    Made up my first fajita

    My son was very happy!!

It was a great day and a very enjoyable day.
