  • Smoked buffalo chicken egg rolls

Needed something for a football party we were going to on sunday. This is what I came up with.

    Smoked up some thighs

Now we have chopped up the chicken, shredded some carrots, and chopped up some celery some egg for the glue and some egg roll wraps.

now wrapped and fried at 375 with some hot sauce on top I did just serve the hot sauce on the side at the party.

You can use your own sauce but here mine its not real hot it just taste really good. If I was making this just for me I would make it much hotter

    Hot wing sauce
    1 cup hot sauce
    1 stick butter
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    ¼ cup ketchup
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon chilli powder
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    ¾ teaspoon pepper
    ¾ teaspoon salt
The probability of anyone watching you do something is in direct proportion to the stupidity of what you are doing.

    Great idea!
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

We went to the party with about 24 of these with only 6 people and they were gone in about a half hour. They even liked that sauce enough that they were dipping tortilla chips in it instead of the salsa. When I make the sauce for myself I add cayenne a 1/4 teaspoon at a time till I get the heat that I like.

did these for xmas party last night. I used a coleslaw mix for veggies. was a big hit!! the whole batch was gone. plus did the hot sauce EVERYONE bragged on the flavor. so all an all was worth effort.
