        I damn near forgot about these... Since I am not deer hunting in my bow blind this weekend I guess I can make some of the up along with Ahumado Bandolero's....

          These things are great. Makes a great snacks for game watching. I've done them several times now. Dip them in bbq sauce, once. We had a couple sauces out last weekend for the pulled pork and moink balls. Everyone was dipping the tater tots in the sauce. Had to try it. Even better.

          We just served the sauces on the side, because we didn't know who would like what. But, you could dip them and put them back in the smoker like the moink balls too.

                    I tried these this weekend with a little rub sprinkled on them. They were delicious. The kids loved them. I tried to cut a couple of tots in half and add cheese, but it just ran out.
