  • Grilled Seafood Dinner

Decided to fix a grilled seafood dinner
I heated the Keg up to 450° using RO lump and orange wood

Jumbo shrimp and large diver scallops dusted with a oriental spice mix

    Couple stuffed shells

    Shells onto the Keg first

After the shells were on the Keg about 10 minutes, I added the shrimp and scallops

    Everything almost done

Shrimp, scallops, and a stuffed shell topped with some Rémoulade sauce served on a bed of Teriyaki noodles

    A little better view

    Thanks for lookin'
    Jim

Thanks Jim. I just made some crab cakes Friday with some not so good crab meat from Venezuela. Just full of cartilage that was hard to pick out. Can't wait for the good stuff from Maryland to try this concoction.

I'm betting that ate very well.
