Throwing a bunch of different cooks in here...ribeye roasts were on sale the week before Christmas so I had to pick one of those up.
Salt, pepper and Lawry's. Smoked with hickory, pulled at around 135 IT.
Steak, eggs and fried taters the next morning for breakfast.
It was so good that a few days later I bought another one.
Green bean alert!!!!!!
Seared some pork jowl, threw some onion, green beans and S&P in and let cook for a couple of hours!
Baked an apple pie on the Weber with a little hickory. I didn't have a regular skillet with me but I had a griddle. It worked out pretty well! I used store bought crust and 2 cans of apple pie filling. Put one can on the bottom crust, sprinkled some cinnamon, then the other can, more cinnamon and topped with crust and a little more cinnamon. I have no idea what the temp of the kettle was...I just kept an eye on the pie until the crust was done.
Made Iceman's southwest lasagna again last weekend...it was NINE (9) DEGREES OUTSIDE!!!!!
The next morning I wanted to bake a Farmer's breakfast casserole in my small 8" DO...but it was soooooo cold my eggs froze and popped open.
So we got hashbrowns, ham and cheese casserole instead.
Sorry so much in one thread but thanks for looking!
