For the Independence Day dinner at the cabin, I decided on beef back ribs. I had a little slab (3-bones) that I cut from a wet aged Prime Rib roast and gave them a good coating of Just Add Beef and let it sit for a day.
I set the Webbah up for the snake method using RO briqs and some mesquite chips and commenced to cookin the little slab.
I added some sweet tater tots as a side dish and the end result was a very tasty plate. The beef ribs were so flavorful and tender.
