I got 10 lbs Flank 2-3 weeks ago from them, and 3 whole in bag Tenderloins 1 week ago on sale and cut up and vac sealed. It's not Prime, but aboot 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of the local stores and in the freezer for easy access and thawing. I am the worst at meal prep! having stuff handy, that is sliced thin or thin in geneal and I can thaw in cold water in the sink in an hour or 2 is my deal for my family dinners. I am gonna re-order a bunch of Pint bags to vac pac single serving options of beef - chicken - pork, etc. or see if the Quart bags cut in half work

My uncle was a butcher, and in my younger years, I often thought, why? Butt when he came home with those wonderful cuts of meat, I figgered it oot. It is an art for sure. I know I could never do it, especially now.
